You also have that eery feeling that you have you been raised and reared in a make believe world? I hope you are just one of the deceived stars, and not part of the corrupt collaboratory extra cast of this cheap soap production! Do you also see people going through the same stupefying motions like you? Living on Suburbia Island with its nice supermarkets, nice cinemas, nice shoppingmalls, nice insurance companies, nice banks and nice governmental agencies? Working in the daytime, watching TV, or out on the town at night? Are you also wondering in your bed at night what life is really all about?

Get born! Go to school! Listen to the teacher! Go to church! Listen to the preacher! Go to College or University! Get your degree! Go through the army! Get a pretty little job in the pretty little system they've created for you! Get married with pretty little Jane or handsome John! And don't ask why! Don't rock the boat! Just follow the accepted "correct", "normal" behaviour pattern! But then… you, like Truman, begin to wonder! You begin to ask that basic question!-"Why the Hell am I here?" "What the Hell am I living for?"

AND IF SO, YOU ALSO, LIKE TRUMAN, WANT TO FIND OUT WHAT IT'S REALLY ALL ABOUT? WHY ARE THEY WATCHING YOU? WHAT'S BEHIND IT? WHY CAN’T I GET AWAY? WHO IS THE PRODUCER OF THIS ALL?

Who is the producer of your suburbian "paradise?" Who IS the creator of that little bubble, that island of what you call "reality" that you can't seem to get away from? Who is really in charge? Are the other people around you also co-starring in some mediocre soap opera? Are you waking up to the fact that you are watching your own mediocre existence in soap operas on TV every night? Getting that stereotyped feeling? Who writes those kinky soap operas? Who are the real masters of these Media? And what is their real agenda? Who is editing your news and editorials? Can you believe all that stuff?
Who is behind all these wars, all that violence, and the arms race? Are we really living in a "democracy?" What about these highly-touted Human Rights? The more they talk about it, the more they bomb innocent civilians, and persecute people who think different or have a different religion! Who is behind all the loans they give to all the poor countries who can't even pay back the interest on it, and behind these economic crashes?

If you're anything like Truman—a true man like he was—you'll smell a rat, you'll feel the fakery and phoniness. You'll realise that we've all been set up and are being had! And you'll also want to get to the bottom of it all and find out what's really going on.
If you open your eyes, you'll also suddenly notice all these cameras in shopping streets and in the banks, and you begin to wonder who is really watching YOU! And who is intercepting your phonecalls and email messages on the internet? And who produces that stupefying silly, flippant TV slop! And why are alll nations in debt and to whom?! Who holds the bag? Then you also see that our "democracy" is really ruled by the media! And who really own the Media? And so many other good questions!


But as you try to find out, you'll run into similar obstacles and decoys, as our dear Truman did. As soon as he wanted to get away from it all to really see "Fiji" or what is on the other side of his "world", he ran into all these roadblocks and denials and bumsteers. They didn't want him to find out! And neither do they want YOU to find out! Don't ask too many questions, don't go too far, don't vary from the norm. Just keep circling around in your little world from the cradle to the grave, like a hamster in his treadmill!

What you see on TV is not full reality, it just keeps you asleep when they want you to be asleep, and astir when they want you to be stirred up. Who is the "creator" that plays God over you? Who and what hinders you from knowing the truth? Who keeps track of us, through cameras and computers, and only gives us so much room to operate in?
