22. BATTLE OF GOG & MAGOG & THE MELTDOWN!



The nations gather yearly at Jerusalem

In the Millennium everyone on Earth will be able to see God's glorious power and Jesus' Kingdom and everybody will believe then, so there won't be any unbelievers! Hab.2:14 Isa.25:7 Isa.29:18,19 Isa.32:1 Isa.40:5 But sorry to say, there will still be un-receivers who still won't yield and obey and will still be stubborn, rebellious and defiant! Therefore, as a final test and a final sifting, after the Millennium has ended, mankind will be tested one last time.
Satan will be released from his prison in the "bottomless pit" in the heart of the Earth for a "little season", just long enough to again deceive the unconverted wicked, over whom we have been ruling with "a rod of iron." These rebels, who by this time will again form a huge majority in the World, will once again follow Satan to the utmost in open rebellion against the Lord and His Government and His earthly representatives! They will come from all corners of the nations "Gog and Magog" to try to massacre this last harvest of Millennial believers, who by this time seem to live separately in their own "camp of the saints." Gog and Magog's armies surround them "and the beloved City", probably Jerusalem, to engage them in battle. But God is finished with them! He sends down fire out of Heaven which completely devours and consumes these fiends! It's highly unlikely that the Millennial Saints will burn up with them, but rather that they will be "airlifted" out of their predicament in a similar Rapture as God’s children of today's Endtime anticipate! Isa.26:9-11, Rev. 20:7-10
In fact, He will cause such a horrible fire to come down that it will melt the entire surface of the earth and explode the atmospheric heavens, that will depart "with a great noise!" It's all going to be burned up, and thus the entire surface of the planet will be purged, cleansed and finally re-created into a beautiful New Earth! 2 Peter 3:10-12. After this catastrophic Battle of Gog and Magog, all the unsaved dead of all ages will at last be resurrected also, for their final Great White Throne Judgement!

"And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea. And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them. And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever." Rev. 20:7-10
"But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. ...Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?" 2 Peter 3:10-12
